This In-house Event Manager Special Interest Group (SIG) is exclusively for attendees who hold this position.

In-house Event Manager members of the PCOA are eligible to join this session if they currently work in this role within a corporate company, government body or association.

These Owners/Directors Special Interest Groups (SIG) are exclusively for attendees who hold this position.

Saturday 5 December 2026 | 2.00pm - 6.30pm | Owners/Directors SIG Session 1 and Networking Event

Owner/director members of the PCOA are eligible to join this session if they currently work in this role in a Professional Conference Organising Company.

Sunday 6 December 2026 | 10.30am - 1.30pm | Owners/Directors SIG Session 2

Owner/director members of the PCOA are eligible to join this session if they currently work in this role in a Professional Conference Organising Company.

The optional Sunday workshops will shared via a separate email at a later date once confirmed - (Pre-registration required, numbers are limited - exclusively for Event Managers). 

It is important that you select all functions you wish to attend below, including those included in your registration. You will not be able to attend unless you have done so.

The Welcome Function will be held in the exhibition area at Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre on Sunday 6 December 2026 from approximately 6.00pm to 8.00pm.

The Networking Function will take place on Monday 7 December 2026 following the conference. Attendance is included with full conference registration only and is is a ticketed event.

Please note: Additional tickets for the Offsite Networking Function are not available as attendance is limited to full conference registrants only.
